All information for current Allstar families per competitions, maps/directions, parent information, etc. will be found on the 'Forms 'section of the Member's Only Area. If you are a current Florida Allstar member today and need to register please email us at info@floridaallstars.com to recieve your gym password to register and begin using.

Limited Spaces
Any child, no matter the age, MUST have a current medical release on file PRIOR to any participation within our organization (this includes, but not limited to classes, open gym, tryouts, camp, allstar practices, tumbling, private and semi-private lessons, etc.). Signature must be of a parent/legal guardian, no other signatures will be accepted, no exceptions.
Please note: this medical release form is NOT the form for the allstar cheer or dance team members. This form is only used for tryouts, tumbling classes, private & semi-private lessons, open gym, camps & clinics, high school practices, etc.
